As many as one in four of us will experience a mental health issue at some point in our lives. Sometimes we are thrown off balance by a major life event and sometimes it is the relentless stress of everyday life that wears us down. This course is not counselling or therapy but simply learning skills in a supportive small group setting. Skills that will enhance your mental well-being.

We will be running our next Keeping Health in Mind course on Sunday evenings from 5.30pm till 7pm (starting with tea/biscuits at 5.30pm) This course is:
- Free (there is a small charge for the booklet you get to keep)
- Include tea and biscuit But most importantly will equip you with some very useful skills for handling the everyday pressures of life that we all face. This course is not ‘therapy’, it’s not about mental ill health, it IS about mental well-being. It will give you practices, skills and practical tools that will enhance your capacity to deal with the more stressful bits of your life and enjoy the good bits even more.
We will meet in the choir vestry at St Peter and St John's Church
