As many as one in four of us will experience a mental health issue at some point in our lives. Sometimes we are thrown off balance by a major life event and sometimes it is the relentless stress of everyday life that wears us down. This course is not counselling or therapy but simply learning skills in a supportive small group setting. Skills that will enhance your mental well-being.
We will be running our next Keeping Health in Mind course on Tuesday evenings from 30th May till July 11th.
