On Saturday 24th Sept from 8.30 -10am there is a united Prayer event being held in New Life Church, at the top of Railway Terrace. Christians from every church in Rugby are very welcome to come along to pray for our town, for families, for the Revive projects and churches. This event is part of the National Weekend of Prayer.
Does your child enjoy singing?![]() From Sunday Oct 2nd and then on every first Sunday of the month, we are running a Children's Choir. This is a totally free activity for any child who enjoys singing/performing, there are no auditions and there is a wonderful choir leader, Sam Plumbley. Bring your children along at 9.30am and they will sing together and rehearse for 45 minutes and then lead/perform at the Worship For All service which begins at 10.30am and is also about 45 minutes long. We would love you and/or grandparents etc to come back at 10.30 to support them. The service ends with tea/coffee and biscuits and the children will be ready to be taken home or collected by 11.30am at the latest. The choir is open to children age 4 and above, younger ones are also welcome but we ask you to stay with them. We'd also love older children and teenagers to join in. Please click here to see the video to see Sam in action leading the children singing at our Summer Jungle Club. For more info call or text Sam on 07980289140. |
